Store Policies

By purchasing from our boutique, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed below.

 

 

Consignment Items

All consignment items are FINAL SALE.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted on consignment merchandise under any circumstances.

Boutique Clothing Returns

• Boutique clothing may be returned within 7 business days of delivery for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

• Returns are not guaranteed and are subject to approval upon inspection.

• Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with no signs of wear.

• No stains of any kind, including deodorant, makeup, or self-tanner.

• Absolutely no pet hair, odors, or damage.

If a return does not meet these requirements, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping Timeframes

• Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items: Ship within 3 business days.

• Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 10–12 business days for processing before shipment.
